Verge
§ Work

Twenty years of design craft —
now pointed at aesthetics.

Verge is a Chicago studio with two decades of design work behind it, now building complete patient-acquisition systems for aesthetic and wellness practices. The engagements below are representative — illustrations of the work the system is built to deliver across each vertical, not client results we're claiming. New to this category, we let the craft and the method speak until the real case studies exist.
§01 — Selected engagements

Four verticals. Same rails, different engine.

Illustrative · placeholder for real work
Representative engagement · Med-spa (A1)

A North Shore med-spa whose brand finally matches the room.

Challenge. A single-location injector practice doing excellent clinical work behind a dated, templated site — the gap where the homepage quietly undersells the hands. New-patient flow rode on referrals and luck.
Approach. A ground-up rebrand and a custom conversion site built for her positioning and price point, wired to a 24/7 AI Concierge that qualifies and books the after-hours inquiry.
Built to deliver. A brand she'd be proud to link in her bio and a front desk that never sleeps — the system is designed to turn the midnight inquiry into a booked consult instead of a missed call.
Representative engagement · GLP-1 weight-loss (A3)

A GLP-1 clinic that stays un-bannable while the price war rages.

Challenge. A cash-pay weight-loss practice rebuilding after compounding cutoffs and manufacturer DTC pricing gutted the old cheap-drug, paid-social playbook — and needing patients no manufacturer could take back.
Approach. A trustworthy, medical-feeling brand plus a compliant acquisition system — restricted-but-compliant paid search, local SEO, and a Concierge running the eligibility quiz and subscription booking. No banned before/after creative.
Built to deliver. A channel mix the category can legally run, engineered so the service layer — not the drug price — is what enrolls and retains the patient.
Representative engagement · Hormone / TRT (A4)

A hormone practice made the physician this city cites.

Challenge. An escaped-the-system MD watching franchise units blanket his metro while paid channels stayed locked to his category — arriving with the reflex that monthly SEO fees are a waste.
Approach. An education-and-authority engine — long-form clinical content, local authority pages, and email, the channels his research-heavy patients convert on — reported as a monthly list of shipped artifacts, never vague optimization.
Built to deliver. Patients who arrive pre-educated and pre-sold on him specifically, and a report every month that shows exactly what shipped.
Representative engagement · Interventional psychiatry (A5)

A cash-pay TMS practice with a discreet front door.

Challenge. An interventional psychiatrist with a costly TMS device sitting under-filled and a Psychology Today pipeline that had quietly dried up — needing volume without anything that reads as advertising near his license.
Approach. A quiet, serious web presence with referral-partner-facing authority and BAA-covered analytics only — no pixels on symptom pages, no testimonials, crisis-competent content by default.
Built to deliver. The right-fit patients and referring providers finding him discreetly — with economics where a single incremental accelerated-TMS patient funds months of the work.
§02 — What every engagement includes

The same four parts, engineered to feed each other.

The system → Services
01

Brand

A brand worthy of your clinical work. In aesthetics the brand is the credibility — patients judge your hands by how your homepage looks.
02

Custom site

Designed for your positioning and price point — not a template sold to 400 other clinics. Built to convert the patient you actually want.
03

AI Concierge

A 24/7 front desk that qualifies and books — answering the midnight inquiry your voicemail never will.
04

Full-funnel channel engine

The demand engine that keeps it fed — paid and SEO where your category allows it, un-bannable education and authority where it doesn't. Run as one machine, not five vendors.
